The new SunnyWash wheel cleaning system is ideal for building sites, land fills and quarries.  It is a 4 meter wash system, manufactured in steel, complete with 106 high pressure jets. It can be fully installed on site in a matter of hours.

This new product compliments our Site Wash range. We can now offer a fixed wash system, a mobile or surface wash system or we can help you build your own.

4m x 3.5m Galvanized Wash Platform – One Full Wheel Revolution
1.5m high Side screens constructed of steel angle and steel sheets.  The side screens are designed to prevent overspray from the jets and to allow for maximum water retention.
Removable steel grid sections each with appropriate lifting points and angle grids to vibrate the debris from the wheels
106 Direct Spray nozzles – Side Walls, Outside Tyre, Under Tyre and Inside Tyre.
